Terms of Service

The Short Version

Use SpokeOps responsibly and legally. You own your data. We provide the service as-is and do our best to keep it running smoothly. Pay for your subscription on time. Either of us can end the relationship at any time.

Using SpokeOps

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SpokeOps
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One person or legal entity per account (no sharing accounts)
  • Provide accurate information when creating your account

Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SpokeOps
  • We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your content
  • You grant us permission to host and display your data back to you (obviously)
  • You can export or delete your data at any time
  • You're responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data

Acceptable Use

Don't use SpokeOps to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others
  • Resell the service without authorization

Payment & Billing

  • Free Trial: New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full features
  • Subscription: After your trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using SpokeOps
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Price Changes: We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increases
  • Failed Payments: If payment fails, we'll try a few times before suspending your account
  • Refunds: We don't offer refunds for partial months, but contact us if you have concerns

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, you'll have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted
  • We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms

Service Availability

We work hard to keep SpokeOps running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We'll try to notify you in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpokeOps and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through a notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of SpokeOps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
