The Short Version
We collect only what we need to provide SpokeOps to you. Your customer data belongs to you. We don't sell your information. We use industry-standard security to protect your data.
What We Collect
- Account Information: Your email address and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
- Profile Information: Your name, phone number, home address (used for route planning), and communication preferences (like SMS opt-in).
- Company Information: Your business name, logo, contact details (phone, email, address, website).
- Location Data: When you enter addresses, we use Google Places to get accurate location coordinates for mapping and route planning features.
- Business Data: The customer information, job records, and other data you enter into SpokeOps.
- Usage Analytics: How you use the app (pages visited, features used) to help us improve the product.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How We Use It
- To provide and maintain the SpokeOps service
- To process your subscription payments
- To send you important updates about your account or the service
- To improve the product based on how it's being used
- To respond to your support requests
SMS & Mobile Communications
SpokeOps enables businesses to send transactional SMS appointment reminders to their customers. By opting in to SMS reminders, the customer consents to receive text messages from the business via the SpokeOps platform.
- SMS messages are transactional appointment reminders only — never marketing
- Message frequency varies based on appointments booked
- Standard message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
We will not share, sell, or use mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely for delivering the appointment reminders you have consented to receive.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to help run SpokeOps:
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Application hosting
- Google: Address autocomplete via Google Places API, and Google Analytics for usage tracking
- PostHog: Product analytics to understand how features are used
- Telnyx: SMS delivery for appointment reminders
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
Each of these services has their own privacy policy and maintains high security standards.
Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- We use secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
- Access to production data is strictly limited
Your Data Rights
- Ownership: You own all the customer and job data you enter into SpokeOps.
- Export: You can request an export of all your data by emailing us.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.
- Access: You can request details about what data we have about you.

Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Essential cookies: To keep you logged in and remember your preferences
